How to Submit Your Mould Sample

Use our Zefon Bio Tape to collect surface samples, or use air-o-cells to collect air samples. You can purchase our consumables from our online shop.
Need a mould sample pump? Hire our Zefon Bio-Pump, or hire a DIY Testing Kit.

Print out our chain of custody form and fill out the form

Mail us your samples with the printed out online submission form or
